With over two decades of experience in tribal governance, grant management, and advocacy, Willa Powless brings deep knowledge of how systems work and where they break down. She has worked closely with tribes, Native led nonprofits, and partners, navigating funding, governance, and community-driven work. Clients often seek Willa out for her ability to clarify complex processes and connect them with the right people and resources. Her work is grounded in relationships, strong networks, and a deep understanding of Indian Country.
